We are hoping to get a 3rd trip out of our APs and this time it will be a ~7mo, 2 1/2yo and 4 1/2yo. I am starting to panic when I think about the logistics of it all.

How do you handle rides like Goofy's barnstormer? One of us has to sit with the baby, but DD at 4 1/2 is too young to ride by herself, but it would take forever for DH or I to wait in line twice - once with DD and once with DS. We no longer have a lap for each kid - we're outnumbered!

Please, someone, tell me that it won't be crazy and we can manage!

Greeting from Akron, Ohio,

Maybe you could try the baby swap on the rides that your two oldest can not sit by themselves. If you all wait in line and your husband takes one and you wait with the other two and then you take the other little one. Just a thought.

Have a great trip. We have to wait until Aug.

We leave Sunday with three little ones also! When are you going? My DD just turned 4, DS is 2.5 and my baby DS is almost 6 months. This will be my eldest two kids third Disney trip. I am a little nervous about managing with three, but mostly at the airport. :D Can you just ride with DH or you with one of the kids and put your eldest in front or back of you? DD did this ride a ton last Feb when we went and she would have been fine with one of us right behind her or in front of her I am thinking. Just try it. Or maybe there will be an extra person to sit with her. The crowds weren't bad at all when we went last so maybe it will be no big deal to baby swap. DS was to scared to go on it last time so we just waited together while DD rode and rode! Good luck! :D

We are going next month with my 3 DDs. I have a 3 yr old, a 20 mos old and a 2 mos old. My plan is to maybe take my 3 year old over to the parks myself for an afternoon while her sisters are napping. I thought it might allow us to ride some of the rides that her sisters can't go on yet and also allow us some one on one time together. We're staying at the Poly, so that shouldn't be too hard, but otherwise I would take turns with the kids. This will be the 3rd trip for my oldest and 2nd trip for my middle, but I have never really introduced them to the rides. They went on some of them with short lines and my oldest loves the teacups, but ignorance is bliss for me!

Well, it looks like we're a brave (or insane LOL!) few that are venturing to the parks with 3 little ones. DH and I are now debating the merits of staying in the park instead of getting a roomier accomodation outside. I'm thinking it might be worth it to have access to the bus transportation in case one of the kids needs to go home but the others are doing ok. It's not going to be easy, but I hope with the right attitude (and a lot of patience) it will still be as much fun as when we only had 3!
