I got the e-mail around 6:30 or so this evening. I'm not going during that time..so I wasn't to concerned, but I am glad to see that I am receiving the promo information
I just called Chase Visa and was told sometimes they are sent to spam before they even reach the mailbox...grrrrrrrrrr What good is that? Fortunately I was on the lookout here, but that really is poor business. It is a no reply promotion and hence sometimes filtered. According to the rep..
Just received the email this afternoon, Unfortunately I will not be able to get free dining as my trip is 8/17-28. Doesn't pay to get a new reservation for the last couple of days..
Oh well!

We did not receive a DVISA notification or anything from Disney. For that matter, the folks at WDW have stopped sending email on AP rates, too. I guess no one us anymore. . .
It kind of torques me though--especially the AP heads-up--you provide the email information, update it faithfully, and still fail to receive notification. Then again, now that I think about it, AP usually sent me notification after the launch date. If we had waited until we received the email, chances are the AP rates would be gone. . .yep, better information on DIS and/or Mousesavers than waiting for Disney.
Still nothing here---and I put anywhere from $2000-$5000 a month on my Disney Visa. You'd think the least they could do is send me the e-mail--even though we won't be able to use the discount. Just seeing some communication from them would have been nice.
The time on my email was 7:33 pm. We're going in Nov., but I would have been really upset if I called after the email, couldn't get what I wanted and then found out that others had been calling all day! If it's a "Disney Visa" benefit, I would think the company would try to get the most benefit out of it for itself rather than being called "a joke".
