Anyone every exchange for Four Seasons in CA

Howdy everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has exchanged with The Four Seasons Resort Aviara in San Diego, Ca.

I was wondering if you book a 1 bedroom if you get a suite or the 1 bedroom villa?

This looks like a fabulous place to stay and is pretty close to a bunch of attractions in CA. Legoland is 10 minutes away, Sea World is 30 Min. away and so is the San Diego zoo. Disneyland is only a little over an hour away.

Any help would be great,
