Anyone ever take a cooking class in Puerto Vallarta

Looking for reviews/recommendations if anyone has done this type of excursion either with Disney or independently. Debating this for our upcoming cruise. The one Disney offers involves a 50 minute bus drive where there are several local ones that are right near the port so looking for any and all advice from those who have experienced this before.

I did the Mexican Cooking Experience tour through DCL (twice). I really enjoyed it, but it's been a few years since I've been to PV, so I'm fuzzy on some specifics.
