Anyone ever bank online?

I banked points last night or so I thought. I never recieved an email confirmation and just now I see the points are still available for this year. Normal or did i have a problem with doing it online?
 
I always call and let MS do it. They are very good about explaining the consequeces of banking your points.
 
I banked our points online. I don't remember getting an email, but I got a confirmation after hitting "bank" or whatever the button was. They also showed up in my account as banked. I would call to ensure that everything is taken care of. Good luck! :goodvibes
 
Have done it two or three years in a row. However, I do get a confirmation e-mail, and the change is immediate. Try it again, and make sure that you confirm, because if I remember correctly, you click to bank, and then it asks you to confirm.

If you are uneasy, though, I would call MS. :thumbsup2
 

I had no problem bank my points and will be doing it again this year. I received a confirmation email. I would try banking again or calling MS.
 
The first time I banked I let MS do it. This last time I did it on line and had no prolems.
 
I always bank online and have never had any problems so far. In fact, I banked points the day before yesterday, and the confirmation email was in my mailbox within a couple of minutes. Subject lines was "Bank Transaction Confirmation". It also showed up immediately in my activity statement on the web site.

Check your spam email. Also, add DVC member services email address to your address book on your carrier's website so they don't get bounced back (I just had that happen to a lot of my year-end electronic tax statements!).
 
Been using the online for quite a while now without any problems (if I can get on the site).
