Anyone else trying to decide which parks on what days?

I am going from 12/8-12/15/06. I was using Touringplans.com, but now some of the parks they recommend as the best are now EMH parks. I know a lot of us are trying to get our ADR's together. Mine is next Sunday. Anyone know if this will change their recommendations? Part of my decision is trying to decide whether to go to MK on that Saturday 12/9 or Tuesday 12/12 and go to MVMCP. I don't even know if I could still get an ADR for Crystal Palace before the party. Oh well, just wondering if there were others of you in the same boat. :confused3

Definitely in the same boat. I'm ignoring the UOG "best park" recommendation and going with the UOG philosophy of hitting a park the day after its EMH (esp the evening ones). At that time of year, it's not going to be a big deal anyway.

I am going the exact same dates as you. I guess I am not too worried about what parks to go on what day. I am hitting AK and MK on the early entry days but other than that I didn't bother too much about it.

My plans are:
12/8: Epcot for a few hours if we are not too tired
12/9: MK
12/10: Epcot
12/11: AK Early entry
12/12: MK
12/13: DS
12/14: MK Early entry

We are doing a lot of MK days because I have young children. For the same reason,we won't be taking advantage of the evening EMH. If I didn't have young children I would substitute a MK day for an Epcot or DTD day.
Keep in mind - 12/9 is the only day that week for Spectromagic.

Have fun!

What I did with my ADR's in the evening is make them for about 6 or 7 o'clock, go to another park for the morning and afternoon, then go to dinner and spend the rest of the evening in that park.

Since your not going till December you may want to try Tour Guy Mike (at the top of the page). He has great ideas as to what are the best days to go. And you still have lots of time to learn his other tricks.

Just a word of caution. The best days to visit calendar can and does change. We based our ADRs off of it in February and by the time our May trip rolled around, some of the recommendations had changed. This is where a park hopper pass can come in handy.

I believe Spectro is on the 10th and also the 13th that week not just the 9th.
