Anyone else still haven't rec'd new Member Guidebook?

I still have not received the latest member guidebook. We have three contracts, and managed to get bills for dues for all, but seem to have been missed for the guidebook.

Anyone else? I know it is not a good time to call member services about it, as people are trying to book at the 11 month window for the 2005 holiday period, but I guess I will have to call in a week or two to get a copy ............

Actually, now that you say that, I haven't seen ours either! Hmm...

We haven't received our either. I have called 3 times since the Fall and nothing. We did get our 2 dues bill right on time though. Go figure.
I just check the points online.

I might try to call again at the end of the month.

Got our guidebook...but, I am STILL looking for our Vacation Magic!! How do we get left off these lists? Our bills from DVC do seem to find us just fine!!!

We got our bills and Vacation Magic, but never recieved the new guidebook. I'd really like a new one - mines all messy now!

We didn't get ours either. It's been so long, I actually forgot. I'm going to send an e-mail and see if that works.

I also did not receive my Vacation guidebook . I called MS and still did not receive it. I called my guide and he sent it out immediately. Barb

I was all excited when I got home and was told that the new Disney thing came..."Thing" was not defined, so I immediately thought it was the guidebook.

Nope, it was the new planning DVD/CD-ROM that I ordered way back when. *sigh*
Oh well, that was fun enough, and they actually highlight all the DVC places in the Resorts section!

It seems that as they were trying to stop duplicate mailings for those with multiple contracts they stopped them completely. Barb

I got a Vacation Planner that is alot thinner than my old guidebook.
It does have all the point charts and so on.
Maybe they have downsized the guidebook and you have miss took it for something else.
Check out the items that you have recieved from DVC in the mail...

MS told me they would send out a new one about 2 weeks ago. Still haven't got it.

We also didn't receive our guidebook. I called MS a couple of weeks ago to let them know and I received one a week later - nothing exciting. We never received our Vacation Magic either. Received our dues statement right on time though - go figure.

Hmmmm, our mail actually goes through Cincinnati (we live 50 miles away in Indiana).
