Anyone else having mixed up reservations?

We are going to WDW in October, checking in before Halloween. We are staying on-site, with a package. All our park reservations, dining, etc.is booked. We are hopping, so I made reservations for several different parks, in particular DHS on October 31 and November 1. My husband received an email welcoming him to the park. (which would have been August 31). He called and they said don’t worry about it. He received another email today welcoming him on September 1. My son received an email informing him that he could try for a virtual queue in the morning. Anyone else having this happen?

Did you possibly make your reservation for the incorrect date? I received similar messages when I did that.

If you confirm on MDE that your park reservations are booked fir the correct dates I would just ignore the emails as the CM suggested.

No, we have double and triple checked our reservations. We start at Pop the end of October, and the tickets are tied to the room reservation. There is no dining or any other reservation that would link the date to us. We are going in a large party of 22 and no one else has received these notifications. I have done all the booking so it has been consistent.
