Well, I for one really enjoy them. This is a forum for tips and such. After many years of blisters, I now walk blister free. If you don't like them, you don't have to read the thread. There are many threads that I skip over. Don't bash them until you try them...

I can say with a high probability, that those who have never walked in them think they are UGLY. The rest of us, like the way they make our feet feel, therefore, they're fashionable.

There is no doubt they are ugly. My students at work all tell me they are quite comfy though. However, I shall never wear such things. Besides their ugliness, they are quite un-manly. Now croc lovers, get thee back to your 49,391 threads in your support.

It gives me the willies just looking at them (my 13 year old would turn inside out if he knew I just typed 'willies' on an internet forum ).

I know people say they're comfortable, and they probably are. I can't speak intelligently about them and I admit it. But they're just seriously, seriously nasty to look at and I have never seen anyone who looks good wearing them.

That said, more power to you if you have 'em and love 'em. Wear what works! But I agree, all the posts about a goofy shoe are like biting on broken glass after a while.

You guys are too funny. To tell you the truth I have always skipped over the "crocs" thread because I didn't know what they were. I knew they belonged on your feet and I thought they were some type of sandal, lol. I couldn't wear these- I would be too worried that they were going to slip off my feet especially on a ride. Then imagine getting your feet wet on Splash Mountain with these puppies on. I'll take a good pair of walking sneakers like from Reebok, Nike, or New Balance any day. Thanks for the laugh!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember the "Jellies" in the late 80's and they were hot, sweaty and smelly
