Anyone collect cards?

I posted this on the DIS Collectors site but haven't gotten a response.

In 2001 my 2 DDs collected Disney trading cards (available at the pin carts). There were Disney Signature Series cards and 30th anniversary cards. The girls like trading pins but the cards are more in their budgets. Has anyone seen cards this year?

My girls collected them a few years ago, too. I'll be interested in other replies here as well, as we're heading to Dis May and my children may still be interested.

I bought my two children a pack end of January. They had fun trading them with each other, DD got all the princess/girlie ones and DS the boy ones..

I also have the 2001 sets (signature and movies)

I love those cards! I bought a full set off Ebay, also the 5 castmember only cards. I also bought many packs on them last October. The only store I found that sold them was the store in Dinoland at Animal Kingdom, the one across from Primeval Whirl. I can't remember the whole name, but I think the store may have had the word "Treasures" in the name. I never found the cards sold anywhere else. I wouldn't mind getting a few more packs sometime!

I think they were $3.00 a pack, for 5 or 6 cards.

I believe I got them at a little kiosk at the Contemporary. We left Chef Mickeys and were heading to the opposite side of resort to catch Wishes. It's a little cart outside a big shop, oh and the girl there was one of the nicest CM's I'd ever met!! I think they were about $3.00 a pack with maybe 6 cards in each.
