4Holidays- Thank you SO much for telling us about pirate night. I had no idea it was wrong on the website! I immediately sent an email to concierge shoreside services to help us out because we had a Palo ressie for Nassau night. We don't want to miss out on pirate night! They quickly moved our ressie to the day at sea.....although now we have dinner and brunch ressies the same day....ugh!! I guess there are worse things that could happen!

Add us to the list..... DW 33 and DS 9 will be on our third cruise, but first time on the Dream......

So we found out the other day that our future mouseketeer is a BOY!

In our birthing class today they talked about a focus object, something that reminds you of your favorite place ..Dh immediately turns to me and says "guess we're brining a model of the Mickey boat"

Just a reminder that we are closing the FE in less than 2 weeks (march 15)so please make sure you are signed up on the google spreadsheet by then
Also the 15th is the cutoff for lanyard tags(byolanyard)

Do we have a dis meet time/ location or are we not doing one

When are the meets usually done? Day at Sea seems logical, maybe after breakfast- unless there are those at brunch.
The first day seems busy, unless we did it right after the Sail away Party... or planned a spot during the SAP (my own abbriv.!)
We are open to suggestions. Earlier seems better than later if we have Lanyards to pass out & pay for.

most custom lanyard places online want a minimums order of 100 which we arent near
oriental trading has plain blue ones for $6 per dozen which Im happy to order if people are interested

if we dont do a meet I can drop the lanyards/tags off at cabins the first night

Well, 6 weeks today......We will be eating dinner or getting ready for the show.
I don't know about you guys but we are getting very excited! I have most of my FE gifts ready.....my living room floor was covered the other day!

Hello Everyone! I JUST found out about the fish extenders from a co-worker at the end of last week. Then, I found this site and can't wait to join in the fun. I am so glad I made the deadline. Sorry we are signing up so late. I am sailing with my husband and daughter. We are also crusing with 2 other families (my daughter's friends since 1st grade) but I do not know if they will be exchanging. Less than 6 weeks. Finally! we also signed up a little over a year ago as many of you have. I am going to the sign up sheet now.

Can't believe that's it's under 6 weeks to go - we so need this cruise we have had a nightmare week with ds being ill and admitted to our local children's hospital, he is home now and is slowley on the mend do we have a plan in place for any last minuet room changes or swaps and how we go about notifying the fe group????

Just found this thread and signed up for FE!!! My husband laughs because I'm constantly looking for tips and details about the cruise. We have cruised before but this is our first time with Disney and Kids. I have a 6yr old that will be turning 7 just before we leave and a 3yr old. I haven't told them yet about our vacation plans!!!

We are looking forward to having a blast with you all!

Just an idea about room changes-last FE I was in, everyone also listed an email address so if they shanged last minute, most wouldbe able to get the info.

Email is a good idea, but I'm also happy to put a FE list on my door, if your room changes drop me a note and I'll update by the end of the first night. I'm prettysure our room won't change and we don't plan to upgrade

I'll be honest I'm not crazy about the FE list being posted publicly on your door. Maybe you could just have the list at the DIS meet if we are doing one.

Also, has it been confirmed that Pirate night is on monday, Nassau night??

I like the email idea but I dont think it will work for everyone in the group, we are from England and we can only pick our emails up when we find free wifi which around the port/ship area is very hard to find - I suggest like was mentioned above that if you have a room change then you just pop by the DIS meet and then maybe mpetersen could also confirm the room changes by listing them on there door for a few hours (hope this is ok mpetersen) for thoes who are unable to make the DIS meet but are part of the FE group.

Do we have a time and a place for the DIS meet???

My family will be on this cruise as well. It will be our first Disney cruise. It will actually be our first cruise period. we are so excited. We have a GREAT group of friends who made this cruise possible!!! April 15th on the Dream....can't get here fast enough!!!

If it makes anyone feel better I can post the FE list in a sealed envelope on my door or inside my FE. If there are changes to any rooms you can slip me a note in my FE or on my dry erase board

another idea- could I leave copies of the list Monday morning at Guest services for people to pick up?

Could we do a DIS meet at the district lounge immediately following the lifeboat drill? I could pass out the list then and make any changes if needed. You can't miss me, Im the chubby preggo one and I'll make sure to wear a lime green Mickey on my lanyard so people can find me
