Yes since 1980s miracle USA hasn’t won a gold in hockey! Woo hoo!

My son has a hockey game this morning at same time, also went to OT but we lost, booo. Watched the US/Canada in OT on the car ride home.

So sorry for your DS, especially going into OT. Hopefully he's happy (and inspired) about Team USA, tho.

Yes, he was happy the USA won their game in OT. Was kind of funny as his game was also 1-1 going into OT too

They came out and dominated OT!

That OT was even up. After the first minute that game was controlled by Canada. If not for Helleybuck, that was a silver medal for the US. But that's what can happen in a one game final.
