Anybody use WDW Florist?

My sister and her family are down vacationing in WDW and staying in a FW cabin. Her sister in law passed away yesterday. She knew her time was close and requested that they not return from their vacation if she passed when they were gone (the hospice worker actually told everyone she would pass away last Thurs afternoon but she hung on til yesterday). Anyway, to get to my question - I have just sent them flowers using WDW florist. I asked whether they would be placed in their cabin since I know they are in MGM today and doing the Fantasmic dinner package this evening. The woman wasn't sure if they would put the flowers inside or just leave them a note telling them to call for delivery. I know they leave your purchases inside the cabin while you are at the parks. Has anyone ever used them before? Thanks for any help!!

Sorry to hear of your sisters family loss
I bought a vase of flowers for DW while at WDW last Jan. They were beautiful.
They lasted 5 days at OKW and 4 days on the Wonder. Wehad to leave them as we were flying home but they could have lasted a few more days I'm sure.
Your sister should love them.

I've actually had WDW florist do both... leave something in the room and once they left them at the guest services desk, who left a message for me to pick them up. I believe the time they left them at the desk there was some wine in a basket with some other stuff, and they wouldn't leave alcohol in an empty room... I know that doesn't help, but it really could be either way.

I'm sorry for your family's loss, I'll say a special prayer for you all.

Sorry to hear of her passing, Colleen, you just spoke of her a couple days ago. My condolences.

I have sent from them and have received from them. They are excellent and the items are delivered to room in all my caeses.
