Anybody live in the OBX?

DH & I are considering a move to Kitty Hawk,NC. We own property there in Kitty Hawk Village, adjacent to my brother's property. We're thinking about making a "fact-finding mission" to scope out the area. I grew up in the area, but have been away for many, many years so i know nothing about the schools, medical care, jobs, taxes,etc.

Anybody??
