Anybody ever purchased from themeparkshopper.com?

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever purchased anything from themeparkshopper.com (Humble Folks Inc.) ? If so, how was it? Are they legit? Thanks!

I've looked at their site. I am worried that their "about us" only lists a phone number but the area code indicates Southern California. I am generally aware of prices and some of them seem excessively high.

A "whois" search for their registry information does not give much about them, but they have had the name for three years.

If you want DisneyLand merchandise and don't want to deal directly with Disney they may be a reasonable source.

I bought from them once before but found them to be a bit higher than other places and found that it took me about 3 weeks to get the item I ordered. But in the end it worked out well.

all they are doing is selling the merchandise by going to Disneyland and picking it up for you and charging a markup

instead what you can do is call Disneyland Delivears at 1-800-362-4533 and order the items you want directly

The only thing with calling the parks is the shipping is usually higher and takes forever. Plus most of the time the lady at Disneyland doesnt know what you are talking about unless you have the Disney code for the item. I ordered from them at christmas and got my item after the new year only to find out it was the wrong photo album and the the wrong Mickey Mouse Mug. It is so much easier to shop when there are pictures even if it does cost you a few extra bucks.

I did a lil researching myself and I found a blog that the owner has (mypalal.com) and apparently him and his wife run the site. They also have an ebay store and their feedback is pretty good. I did notice between them and another site that they do have their prices a lil higher. But theyre the only ones that have what im looking for so I guess Ill take my chances. I'll let you guys know how it goes so hopefully I can rest other people minds if they decide they would like to buy from em.

Ok.. here's the dillyo with them...they're a little slow with shipping, took about 3 weeks to get what I ordered. But, in the end, I was very satisfied with what I bought. It came exactly as advertised. So if ya dont mind waiting and you cant find a better price for what you're looking for, then Id definitely buy from them
