yes...we have a "candle" burning tonight...it's been burning for a few days now.....it never seems to burn down....I lit it....to wish upon a special person here..on the DIS..to have health and wellness....it's a 'special' candle...that's always seemes to foretell good fortune to those whom it's been lit for! ....and btw...it seems to be working it's magic..yet again!

Snoopy! I love Old Virginia candles!! Each layer is so distinctive! Another nice brand is Root.. they also burn very clean.

I have my last chocolate truffle burning at the moment. *sniff* I'm going to miss that one. I just learned they discontinued another favorite of mine...Patchouli and Clove. I'm going to miss that one SO much! Now if they ever discontinue Buttercream, I may have to go kick some Yankee candle people butt.

I am also burning a non-Yankee Candle. It is mulled cider and smells like apple pie baking. Unfortunately the smell of burning dog hair tangled in the vacuum cleaner is overpowering it.

I'm finishing up the Macintosh now! Then it is on to Mistletoe to bring the Christmas holidays. Maple Walnut is next on the list.

I'm not burning it, but I got a herbal essense candle today and have it just sitting in my room. It smells really good! It might be a little strong to burn it in my room, would have to open a window prolly...anyone ever tried one of them?
