Any Timeshare store users?

We just put a deposit down on 200 pts at BWV - very excited, should of did it years ago! Is there anyone out there that went to thru the Timeshare store and had any problems? We put the deposit down on 5/4 and the conditions were we couldn't close until after 6/29 (the previous owners request). Does it take long after the close to get all your stuff??

I purchased with time share store about 6 years ago and the entire process was smooth. I have never heard a negative word about them on these boards and being a sponsor makes them quite credible in my book.

We purchased twice from Timeshare Store and had one deal that didn't go thru. That wasn't the Timeshare Store's problem though - we had signed all our papers, sent our check and then were notified that the sale could not go thru. It turned out that a couple was selling because of a divorce settlement, but the one spouse was trying to sell without the other finding out (and they owned it jointly ). Anyway, the other spouse found out and the sale was stopped. Timeshare Store did a good job of finding us another contract quickly.

Two deals so far with The Timeshare Store and no problems. Working on a third deal right now. I have gotten good advice, they know the product.

No problems with the closing company either.

You will be satisfied that you used the TTS.

I would recommend them to anyone who were in the market for a DVC.

I used the Timeshare store about 7 years ago. Everything went fine. In fact, I purchased a add on from Disney that did not go threw as smoothly. They put me down for BW instead of Vero.

Add me to the list of satisfied Timeshare Store customers! Tom and the staff there, as well as Timeshare Closing Services, did a great job in expediting my transaction which allowed me to make reservations before the 7 month window opened at my resorts. ( I also did a small add on with Disney.) I was actually able to make reservations at both resorts, meaning my points were in the system on my estimated closing day. (About 6 weeks from start to finish.)

This was particulalry important since I was booking the first week in December- a very busy time for the DVC. I was able to book most of my vacation with the exception of my last night, for which I am on the waitlist and hopeful!!!!

Ditto. I went with them based on the recommendations on this board. My contact there had an accident last week, but I was really impressed that her daughter called me and followed up, and found me what I wanted only 6 days after my initial call.
