Any Smugmug users?

Anyone else experiencing this?
For some reason, lately, every time I go to upload to one of my galleries or even start a new one I get a message saying 'file is too large to upload' on every photo in the queue. I am using a 10mp and a 16mp camera, files are between 3-4mb and the same as the other 1000's of photos I've uploaded. I created 2 new galleries in early Oct with no issue, now I can't get a single photo to upload.
I don't know if its a smugmug thing, something with my computer, or something else.

I use Smugmug and have never had that problem. I would contact them and see why you are getting that message.

On the topic of Smugmug, have you switched to the new style yet? I haven't - to me it looks better but it seems like I'm missing some of the controls.

I did switch. I hate change so I still think I prefer the old Smugmug. I'm sure I'll get used to it but am having a harder time getting around it.

Have you looked at your Upload Log (under account settings) to see if the system has any errors logged?

I just checked, it says no errors.
I've been corresponding with Smugmug customer support. Haven't solved it yet. I've deleted history, disabled firewalls & virus software, rebooted, tried different files.
I downloaded Firefox to see if it would work through it, nothing. Photos won't even go to the queue in Firefox never mind the 'file too large to upload' message.
I can upload to Smugmug through Picasa.
I can't copy a link from Smugmug to post a photo to disboards Last night I was able to at least copy and paste the link, now I can't even do that.
I can upload photos to Flickr no problem.
I can't attach a file to an e-mail.
I upgraded to IE 11 today, that didn't solve anything either.

I am officially baffled. Did I get some weird virus? Ugh! Annoying!
Maybe its time to pay a visit to the computer geeks.

Problem solved! I was checking my antivirus for the heck of it, one thing had an error updating so I contacted Nortons. The tech did his thing and now everything is back working. The Nortons updated, I can attach files again and upload to Smugmug I was this close to taking the laptop down to the computer people and paying them to fix it. Something with Nortons was messing with certain things. Very strange.

I hate IE and am not to fond of microsoft based PC's. We switched to Apple about 3 1/2 years ago and love it.

Anyway, I have not experienced the issue. Makes sense because Apple has their own anti-virus software.

I did switch to the new smugmug layout. I experimented with about 5 different themes and finally settled on the one I have now though for the life of me I can't think of its name.

I find it much easier now to upload pictures and create new galleries. Customizing is SOOO much easier now that it was before, IMO.

I like what you've done with your Smugmug I need to look into the different layouts.

Yeah I would have suggested resetting ie click on gear in upper right, internet options, advanced tab, click reset. i would remove ie 11 and hide the update and stay on ie 9 till everyone brings their web servers up to 11. Most skipped ie 10. Also chrome is good when you are uploading an album.
