Any rides/attractions that don't take DAS? Wondering about ROTR, Millenium Falcon, Remy, - the newer ones

Hi. We'll be there in January and hoping fastpass will be back by then and will also have a DAS for my son. Wondering if there are any attractions that the DAS won't be accepted.

DAS does work at all attractions, but for ROTR you do need a Boarding Pass in order to use DAS.
I don’t know for sure, but have heard that Remy will NOT use Boarding Groups, like ROTR does.

Right now, there are no character meets except ones outside where characters are separated from guests. When characters meets begin again, it will probably continue as it was before the shutdown; DAS was available for characters in permanent locations - like inside Princess Fairytale Hall, Mickey & Tinkerbell’s meets in Town Square Theater, Anna & Elsa in Norway.
It was not available for outdoor character meets which did not post a Standby or Fastpass wait time.

You obtain a boarding group, just like everyone else. When it is your turn, you go to the entrance and tell them that you have a DAS, and they will direct you through the alternate entrance.
Do you miss anything by going through the alternate entrance?

Also, note that if you have an earlier boarding group at Rise, they will not use the DAS, as they send everyone through both the standard and FP queues.

Enchanted Tales with Belle (when it reopens) didn't take the DAS.

We used DAS on Enchanted Tales with Belle before the closure. It had a beginning time AND an ending time, so we were scheduled for a particular show time.

I have been wondering this same thing. I heard from a TA friend of mine that you can use DAS at some rides that don't have a fast pass. I was specifically looking at Astro Orbiter, I was told they take you up the elevator. Can anyone confirm this?

Everyone goes up the elevator at Astro Orbiter. That ride is elevated way above ground level.
That is one we have not ridden - I’m not a fan of spinning rides that much, especially ones that are elevated above Peoplemover.
DAS Return Times are based on posted Standby Wait times, so they could give one and have the guest return to a place close to the elevator.

Everytime DH tried, they said they don't honor the DAS, so we gave up and only do it if there's no line.

Speaking of People Mover, that is one attraction that doesn't accept the DAS, at least not last we checked. Although given the longer and longer lines, they need to find a way to change that.

I’ve never seen a line longer than 20 minutes there.

Enchanted Tales with Belle did have Fastpass, so I’m not sure why they would not let you use DAS.
We entered thru the Fastpass line using DAS.

We have been told no numerous times, so stopped asking, maybe they changed it.

Was there a few weeks ago and People Mover definitely takes DAS. Ask the CM by the turnstile.

Our daughter who uses DAS can’t go on People Mover - we can’t carry her up and down the moving walkway.
But, my family did see people getting DAS Return Times when we were at WDW in June 2021.
