Evening all!

Thank you so much for the kind words :) I did receive a call from my doctor's office this afternoon telling me to come in Sunday morning instead of Monday. My E2 is 787 (just fine) and I'll get to see the doctor that I want instead of Maria, the NP.

Gurgi I hope you feel better!!

Dznylvr think good thoughts...and good luck with your test

Allison if you need someone to join you at the spa let me know ;) I love good massages, manicures and pedicures.

Michelle and Carla thanks for the ivf notes. I swear my stomach feels like I gained all 30 pounds back in one night. I guess complaining to my nurse worked this morning since I can see my favorite doc Sunday. Michelle I have no idea whether I'm on a 3 or 5 day ED.

Carla I ditto the sentiment that BF'ing isn't everything. I know my mom couldn't bf. I was allergic to her milk and formula. I could only have soy milk.

Lisa so glad it's nothing to be worried about. I agree with your friend that a biopsy is a great precautionary measure.

Denae I hope your day got better

Okay....that's it for me.

Kristy - Glad you are getting to see the doctor you want. It always makes things easier.

Lisa - Glad the doctor appointment went ok. Weird but I just noticed you are in Seekonk. I grew up in Fall River and my parents are still there.

Carla - Sorry about the breastfeeding. Oldest DS never would latch on. I let the nurse feed him with a tube once and switched to bottles. With younger DS I never even tried to nurse. There were times I wished I could but I was so much happier and so were the boys.

Allison - Enjoy the spa. No advice on tipping as I never go!

Allison, I forgot to tell you I usually tip 15-20% of the total service amount. At least that's what I do at my spa (I get my hair done at an Aveda spa now)

Woo hoo for the good numbers Kristy. Fingers crossed for you

Dzny- good luck on the colonoscopy- even if you have blood 'in' your stool, it could be from an internal hemhroid- they can be external or internal, and it could be making it look like blood in the stool when it really isn't. i've had some bleeding from mine, but it isn't all the time, pretty rare and i never had them before pregnancy. i just try and eat more fiber. good luck

Allison- have a great relaxing time at the spa today. i love going. i need to make time to go for a massage, my back is killing me. i always tip about 20%

Kristy- good luck- glad you get to see the doc you want/like!

Carla- glad you get to enjoy that bath!! you deserve it! sorry about the BF - my sister tried with boht of hers and neither would take. I had purposely not bought a pump or related stuff and won't until after i know if i can BF or not. i think people assume it will be easy and it isn't and doesn't always work out. i am lucky that i have a friend that has offered to let me borrow her expensive pump if i do need one.

Lisa- so glad it was nothing. are you still going to have it biopsied though?

I am going to call my Mother's breast cancer surgeon and make an appointment with him. I have gone to him before.

 Lisa, I hope everything turns out okay.

It is VERY hard for me to go to the OB/GYN as well. I'm looking forward to my appt in August to finally take the next step, but at the same time I know it'll be hard seeing all of the pregnant women, especially the really young ones that are still kids themselves. It's tough. But I know it won't be any harder than it was for me waiting for my ultrasound when I had the chemical pregnancy...sitting in the ultrasound waiting room was just torture for me.

I really enjoyed the spa yesterday. I think the facial was my favorite. My skin felt so soft and smooth afterwards!

It's raining AGAIN today! Ugh! I hate being stuck inside, and so does poor DS. Yesterday we built a huge train track with his geo-trax, so that kept us busy for a while. FYI...Geo-tracks are great for kids and parents. ;)

Afternoon ladies...

Allison so happy you enjoyed your pamper day. Facials are cool.

Lisa good call on calling your mom's surgeon.

I had my appt this morning. It went well. My doctor called while we were in church and said that I will move forward to a Wednesday retrieval. Assuming I have good fertilized eggs we'll do the transfer on Saturday :woohoo:

Kristy, that's awesome!! GL!! :):wizard: :wizard:

Allison, you are soooo lucky you went for a nice facial. I haven't had one in a long, long time...I need one so badly. You'd think that I was in high school again, what with the way my face has been breaking out!

Well, the sore throat went away on Friday evening and I had a nice weekend with my dd. I'm so glad summer's almost over, because I want her back full time. It sucks when she's at her dad's.

Physically, I had some weird cramping 3-4 days after ovulation and now I've got a really...ummm...I'm sorry, this is super TMI, but it's a nasty thick discharge. It's insanely gross because I usually wear pantyliners but I didn't on Friday night...ewwwwww. Nasty stuff. So I don't know what's up. I'm worried that I'm gearing up for a super AF a week from today.

Hi y'all! We had our 19 week ultrasound today. Got a better idea of the due date and it was so amazing to see everything. I have added to the link from the baby in my sig. We got a couple really good side shots of the head and spine. No idea on the sex which I am cool with :)

Lisa  best wishes to you!!!!

Allison, I think you would have liked it today to wait. We don't have a separate waiting room for the ultrasounds or even blood tests, but there was only one pregnant lady there today besides me (and I don't really look it). I hope you have nearly teh same when I go in. I am curious, as a former band geek, how does yoru DH's band work for band camp?
Also, did you get a nice new hair cut as well? I love facials. I am able to get a mini facial when I go to the Aveda salon for my hair cut at no charge :)

Woo hoo Kristy!!!!! I really am thinking very good thoughts for you on Weds!

Gurgi, I hope that it isn't AF gearing up for a bad one. Fingers crossed for you!

Elaine - I am so glad that it all went well today.

I am keeping all of you in my throughts.

I am getting ready to leave work because my kids are swimming at a friend's house, and I told them they can't take off their life jackets until I get there. Yeah, overprotective, but it was the only way I would let them go.

See you tomorrow!

Denae

Carla - I am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time. Yeah for baths!!! I wanted to tell you something though. I tried to BF both my boys. When Noah was born, I was working with a Lactation nurse in the NICU. I pumped and pumped and pumped. Nothing. Not more than maybe 4 drops? Anyway, she went over a checklist with me. 1 - did my chest get bigger when I got pg (no for me). and 2 - did I have trouble conceiving, have any m/c, or use ferilitly drugs to get pg (mult m/c here).

Apparently, both of those things are inhibitors to bfing. Chest not growing shows that the glands aren't doing their job, and the trouble TTC, etc has something to do with milk production (fert drugs do it, too). So..I was SOL! Just wanted to pass it onto you. Its not you - its just the way our bodies are made. Both my boys have thrived on formula. And, well, its easier :O) (((hugs))) hope things get smoother for you guys!

Elaine - gorgey u/s shots. Did they not check gender or you didn't want to know? Looks boy, to me. Boys seem to be more barrel chested (well, my boys at least). Do you have names picked out?

Denae, I don't blame you! I've heard of too many drownings because of friends and even family (non parents) who just plain don't watch!

Minnesota, honestly I would've found out but s/he wasn't cooperating. So we couldn't tell for sure at all down there. No striking male parts though... but of course because of the position of the baby she wasn't sure though. Funny you mention boy because other than Luis, everyone else keeps saying girl to me.

Hey Ladies :goodvibes Back from camping and trying to catch up. You guys have been busy.

TinkerChelle: I really hope the clomid works for you!!!! It sounds like your Dr. has a great schedule for you. Lots and Lots of Baby Dust to you!!!

cybrkitn: I glad AF finally decided to show up. Now you can get down to business :thumbsup2

Lisa: I'm glad they think it is a fatty tumor. I hope your appt. with your Mom's Dr goes well and you can put this behind you

Kristy: Woohoo on your pending ER!!! Will be thinking of you. You will soon be in your 2WW!!!!!

Elaine: What a wonder pic. Sorry the little one was being bashfull. I must admit that I'm getting nervous for my u/s coming up. I wish I knew if the little bean was still growing.

Michelle: Great to hear from you. I hope you are feeling better!!

Carla: Sorry about not being able to BF. But just know that you are not a failure and babies do thrive on formula. I agree with you on the baths...what your DH doesn't know won't hurt him ;)

Sorry if I missed anyone...I'm in the middle of unpacking the RV but needed a break so I will try and catch up more later. As for me I'm doing fine...just tired.

Baby Dust!!!!

Rebecca, welcome back! Glad you had a good trip. What kind of RV do you have? I am thinking lots of good thoughts for you with the baby. I know exactly how you feel... wondering the bean is growing or not. I was scared to death going into this appt to the point of near tears. How much longer do you have to wait before you see? I know with mine they don't do much before 7 weeks since that is a time when you may or may not see anything.

:woohoo: Elaine congrats on the ultrasound.

Rebecca welcome back. I'm sure your bean is growing just fine :)

So my word of the day is: RELAX. I have to keep repeating it as to not stress out over statistics. Sheesh I'm such a planner/controller. Relax, relax, relax.....

Hello everyone....
I am a total disaster!!!
Last night I started getting left back flank pain and I about had it!!!
I had a kidney stone last year and I was in the hospital for 4 days :(
Now I think I have another one!! Same feeling, but ALOT LESS pain than Kidney Stone #1. With KS #1, I was throwing up constantly, I've never been in that much pain in my entire existance!!
I AM PRAYING that this one just passes quietly :sad2: I have a doctors appt tonight at 8pm... (I can't go ONE DAMN WEEK without going to some sorta doctor!!!)

Kristy, relax... go get a facial tomorrow or something ;) Okay I know the feeling and remember... one egg, one sperm that's all you need. You already have the good lining and all your levels looked good so you are set!

DznyLvr, hope you are feeling better soon

Elaine: We have a 2004 19ft Pioneer Travel Trailer. I was sitting on the bed on Saturday wondering where in the world I was going to put all the baby stuff. We might need to upgrade sooner than I thought. I go in for my u/s on the 30th so I will be a little over 7 weeks. I guess I am just worrying because I don't really have any symptoms.

Kristy: I like your word of the day...I could use a little of that myself. So we can chant together...RELAX...RELAX...RELAX...

DznyLvr2005: I really hope they can figure out what is going on. My DH has had kidney stones as well so I know how not fun they are. Keep us updated

I have to wait until Wednesday to get the results from the ultrasound. I have already called my mom's surgeon and am going to follow up with him.
