Any news on possible changes to FP+?

I know rumors have been flying in the last few months about more possible changes to FP+ (ex. being able to schedule 4th FP on the app, being able to schedule FP+ without having to be in the park...), and I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything concrete. We're going in November and hoping these changes might be in place by then, so any news is appreciated!
