Michie-I would think that would be the ONE, been over 10 years for me up there.

The Tennessean http://tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/frontpage might be good, there with ya-please keep me posted, I talked to my Mom and will now pray you talk to your child and my Mom talks to my siblings and cousins.

Thanks Evil queen. He will be 20 in a few weeks, and knowing him, since it is a Friday night, he is probably getting ready to still go "out".

Wilson County, TN checking in. We had no damage, but did have some quarter size hail. We did lose power for a few hours. North Davidson County (hendersonville, Goodlettesville) and Gallatin, TN were hit very hard. They have eight confirmed deaths. There were alot of subdivisions that were hit very hard. The pictures on the news are unreal. Local news channels are wsmv, wkrn and newschannel5. I cannot post the urls.

Western Knox County in East Tennessee. Looks like it could get bad. Be safe

Still storming off and on and all around..no reported deaths/injuries but lots of hail (big!), trees and roads down. My power is flickering so I may turn off my computer and take cover. Blessings to all and yes, those TV/ paper are correct.

Reporting nothing in Chattanooga yet. I have clean out the closet just case I did get in it.

I suppose to travel Nashville tomorrow. Does anyone have infornmation of Tennessee State Fairgrounds on 500 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville TN 37203. If it's still standing.

Would travel tomorrow to Nashville with all the torandos it does suppose to over. I wandering if I should still take my trip to Nashville.

Fairgrounds are fine, my shop is near there and they hardly saw any activity in that area of town.

What's going on at the fairgrounds tomorrow????

For now, the stuff still on it's way into Nashville looks to be maybe calming down, but they are still keeping an eye on it.

Giles County checking in, we are fairing pretty well so far, alot of rain and lightning. Saying prayers for all of those North and East of us. The storms seem to be calming down some but there is still a long line yet to come.

Keep safe everyone!

Darn, still can't reach Ashland City.....but thanks for the updates, I think maybe (???) later it will get bad again...too many stories right now.

:confused3 One of my local channels is saying that Nashville has been hit, and another one is saying it has not been hit.

Still in Cleveland here. I'm just worried about the stuff coming up from the south.

Ashland City is pretty much shut down. The Hospital was evacuated after being hit by a tornado and the roads are impassable to all but emergency vehicles. There is very little electricity or cell service out that way. This from reporters that were there earlier today.

There have been no reports of a touchdown in Metro Davidson county (aka Nashville) on our news (I'm 6 miles from downtown and 2 miles from the airport) The damage in Davidson county is in Goodlettsville (tornado damage) and a few trees and powerlines in Bellevue.
