I wouldn't be surprised if the godmother of the vessel will be related in anyway to any of the female actresses/crew from any of the Princess Films. This is very much a female thought of ship., From Minnie on the bow, to the themeing in the staterooms. It could be idina menzel as part of the frozen restaurant or Kristen Bell. Lilly James was the live action cinderella or Anika Noni Rose as Tiana.

They could also use a female NOT in the entertainment field but important for other reasons. There is no rule that a ship's godmother has to be an entertainer.

Interesting thoughts! We LOVED seeing the Fantasy in New York when she was christened. My friends and I waved as she was coming up the Hudson River and even were able to take some pics of the attendees going into the christening ceremony. Got some pics of Minnie and Nick Cannon with the bottle of champagne (Mariah wasn't feeling well)

I am putting my money on an actress from a princess movie, and going to be more specific, it's going to be a non-Caucasian Disney Princess actress/singer. Anika Noni Rose, Kelly Marie Tran, Auli'i Cravalho, maybe Lea Salonga or Irene Bedard, but their movies are probably too long ago.
If they do Frozen, I think they will do both Idina Menzel and Kirsten Bell together.

It's not necessary to have her to be an entertainer, but it makes a more interesting show if the person christening the ship can perform at the ceremony as well.

Can I ask why you say tentative? I've seen an official announcement stating its the 29th at 11am EST. I know 2 of the test sailings may have been cancelled but I feel the Christening is set in stone since the official announcement came out
