I don't even know if I spelled mathema...correctly!

I was hoping to wait out great AP rates and buy park passes for my family of 4 (of course including 1 AP), but if FTP is offered, maybe that's more economical? Has anyone done this calculation before? Your thoughts and experience would save me a huge migraine! Thanks!

I just did the math, but remember that I have an annual pass that will expire after a couple days into our trip. I have to buy a 5 day park hopper plus at 247.

For us, family of 4 it would be $100 more with the old FTP (new Disney Visa application for only special people deal). But, with the FTP I figured a Sav room at AKL versus a Standard room with an AP discount (non FTP deal). Plus, we already have our plane tickets for an eight night stay so I had to add one more day for the hotel if we ever were allowed to book the new Visa Deal.

Basically, it's a good deal especially if you don't own any annual passes.

I don't have any idea what the AP rates are for June for a Sav room so I cannot figure that, but then it would be more than this deal.

I hope that made sense. From what I have read, the new Visa deal is only for certain people right now and only for moderates.

I'm in denial of that "only for certain people" clause; it just can't be right! I WON'T accept it!

I guess if you already have park admission, even for a partial trip it would make sense it would be cheaper to get room only AP rate, but with FTP, admission is discounted as much as the room...

Have a great time at AKL and BTW, Thaaanks for noticing me!
