Any issues for you going backwards on Spaceship Earth and Haunted Mansion? BPPV, Vertigo, back issues, etc

If anyone has vertigo, BPPV, or a back or neck issue, did any of these get bothered going b backwards in Haunted Mansion or Spaceship Earth? I have ridden them pre injury. I don't recall how steep they feel, or how long they go backwards, etc.

I get vertigo and I don’t have issues on Haunted Mansion or Spaceship Earth.

My son has nerve damage in his spinal cord and the one on SSE can sometimes get him if the ride stops for longer than normal there. He says it actually hurts worse than EE (which he no longer rides). The one on HM doesn't seem to bother him.
