Any ideas as to when SW typically opens August

I'm looking for August airfares and am hoping that once SW opens August the other airlines (as in JB) will come down in price. Does anyone know when they will open it?

Feb 13/04 - open to Aug 7/04
Mar 25/04 - open to Sep 13/04

Feb 18/05 - open to Aug 3/05
Mar 17/05 - open to Sept 12/05
