Any Gymboree Moms Out There??

My daughter and I went to Disneyland after school yesterday and she wore her little denim gauchos and the matching green henley hoodie, oh she looked so cute. She has the navy knit gauchos too

Alice is a Gymboree and Roxy girl

My favorite lines are the ones with tennis outfits, I buy them all up! :teeth: This year she'll actually play tennis in them too.

There are outlets?

I wish there was an outlet by me...

I am glad I am not the only one calculating my Gymboree addiction to my/our budget. I swear I’d be better off getting a part time job there. I would just trade my paycheck for my daughter’s clothes and be happy about it!

There are outlets; I think right now the only one in CA is in Milpitas (N.CA). There is a list of the outlets on www.gymbohaven.com My DH is going to San Jose late next week and he is instructed by me to swing by the outlets to grab some of that Splash line for Molly. It sounds like they are just reincarnating older lines (so far mostly last year) and about 30% cheaper. Kind of like Gap outlet.

I am finally among obviously enlightened individuals who can truly appreciate the finery that is Gymboree clothing! ;) My DH thinks it's a bad habit and that DD6 should have some "knock-around" clothes, too - but it's hard for me to buy anything else! How can you beat the quality of these clothes: the embroidery is beautiful and the little touches, like the trim on a sleeve or a hem, are priceless!

Hey, anewvance  - I know where you're coming from - if you looked at our WDW photos, you'd see 98% Gymboree outfits on DD, too!

I'm obsessed!

Another Gymbo freak here. DS is usually head to toe Gymbo. ***hanging head***.

BTW- I know someone who makes those bows. Anyone post at World Crossing?

I thinkk I know the answer to this but.... does the outlet have a website you can order from? :confused3 I know it is probably no, but just a thought. TIA

Nope. Bummer, huh? When I first read that about Splash, I was racking my brain of who I still know that lives in San Jose area that might go to the outlets for me. Pathetic! Then DH decided to go down there for a long weekend to see his mom and brother. :woohoo:

They didn't have Splash on the website.. one of my all time favorite lines! I would love to get some different versions or whatnot of Splash. No outlets anywhere around here :-(

I am slowly becoming a Gymbo addict!!!! I got the coupon for 25% off and ordered both online and in the store!!!! Now I am waiting for the Gymbucks to be spent!!!! I have four!!!

I have a 10 year old DS who wore a ton of Gymbo stuff that never wore out! Now I have a five month old DD princess: who needs it all!!!!

My job is only 1 mile away from the outlet at Milpitas at the Great Mall! It is not the same set of lines as in the store but cute stuff! Not great bargains but about 20% off or so......There is also a Disney outlet at the Great Mall too. My mom went today with my princess: so who knows what we will have waiting for us at home!!!!

While I still love gymboree alot my girls 8 and 9 don't like it at all anymore. They like LImited Too. So we used their Toobucks program and show there now. I do like the qulaity of the big girl clothes there but miss the cuteness of gymbo.

Oh cool- a Disney outlet too! I grew up in San Jose- Willow Glen area. :wave2:

Went to Grove City Pennsylvania outlets 2 weeks ago and they will be opening a Gymboree outlet in August :Pinkbounc

I wish I had a Gymboree outlet near us... if they did I would really get myself into trouble!!!!

Where do you all, who have DD's, get your hair bows from?

Love, love, love Gymboree, especially for casual. I'm afraid I've gotten awfully fond of Florence Eiseman and Baby Biscotti for dress up. I have 4 gymbucks this time. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We don't do the hairbows yet; Molly doesn't have enough hair. :teeth:

Thanks, Thumpersmom for keeping me updated on the outlets! Can you also tell me which entrance DH should park out for easy access to the Gymbo? I'm not sure if he will have lots of time when he goes (knowing him he'll wait til the last minute and be in a rush). I remember that mall being so huge.

Robin-

He needs to park in between Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory! That is on the back side of the mall. My mom did not venture into the Gymbo outlet so I might have to go and check it out soon.

The Disney outlet was okay she said......she got my Dad some Disneyland twill shorts for $2.49 so that was a great deal!!! She got my DD a Minnie summer outfit for $5.99 and some denim bootie type shoes for $4.
