Any goodies when you add on?

I can't believe myself, one day we are having second thoughts about DVC and today we are probably going to go through with our add on.

If we do an add on-100 pts at VWL-do you get another "picture" of your add on resort or anything?

Would we now have 2 "home resorts"? I thought I saw a thread on this before but I can't find it.

I was pretty happy to receive the bag and picture when we bought at VB and would love to get one of VWL.

I started to get kind of jealous(just a little) when everybody was talking about all the perks they received for joining(or even looking at DVC) -dinner, park tickets, etc. so I'm hoping for a goody or two if we do an add on

Please let me know your experiences when you added on

When we bought our first BCV contract, we got a picture and a pen, when we decided we needed 50 more points, we got another picture and pen- never did get the backpack, kind of depends on your guide. She did send us a couple of DVC 10th anniversary pins as well.

When I added 50 VWL points, I got a credit card receipt and 42 years of family fun !

We got a print of BCV when we bought our 32 point add on. We were told you needed to buy 100 pts or more to get the backpack. Would love to have a 10 year anniversary pin!

When we added on at VWL back in the summer of 2001 we got a really nice thank you letter from our guide. Wish I'd of framed it.

When we bought an add-on of 25 points at VWL, we got another picture of the resort.

We got a 10 year anniversary pin when we went to the weekly member update in October at BWV. They were handing them out to all of us as we signed in for the update. Not sure if it was a one time thing, but it's worth looking into next time you are home!

We added 50pts last month and got our second print of VWL.

Hi,
We added on to wilderness lodge right after we first bought in at beach club. I called our guide, and I said "I was looking at that print from the beach club and thinking of framing it, but then I realized it would look sort of silly by itself so I'm wondering if I can get a print for the wilderness lodge, too." He said "I think I have one here, I'll send it right out to you." I said "No, wait! I'm trying to tell you we want to add on at wilderness lodge!" He said "OHHH" and so we got a wilderness lodge print to go with the beachclub one (and 70 more points, too).

When we bought sight unseen at VWL in January, we received the backpack, print, and pen. When we bought 50 points at BCV (just mailed it in!) we received a print of BCV. Didn't really expect anything the 2nd time, and are most pleased to have both prints.

When we added on twice this yr at VB (110+90 pts) we got the color print of VB and 2 pens and the credit card receipt.

When we added on 104 pts. at VWL last year, we got the print and the pens. When we called back about a week later to add another 46, we got the paperwork.
