Any good codes for inexpensive hotel?

Hi- My girlfriend is bringing her two foster sons to WDW for their FIRST TIME next month! I am looking for a great deal for them - budget is a big factor as they have to fly from ROC and that will add quite a bit of expense. It is during winter break - Feb 19 - 21. THey don't care about frills - a clean bed and shower is all they need - free breakfast and/or frig would be huge. I got a great deal on the COmfort Suites LBV last time I was there and hoping to find a deal there. Anyone find anything there or a similar place? THANKS!

Call Disney and see what they have for the values, or ask what they show for a good neighbor hotel. (GNH are off site hotels.)
