I’ve had great experiences with both Mark and Lori. I love working with them.Lori is great to work with. Mark can be a bit curt and grumpy when you tell him his listing is priced too high. But overall i’d still endorse them and say they are good.
Just try to deal with Lori.

They could also have a direction from the seller to not present offers below a certain $/pt.I have read that they will sometime refuse to present offers to the sellers if they feel the offer is too low. This may be hearsay, but it reflects my personal experience with them. I made an offer last year, I think around $15 pp lower than the asking price, and would have been willing to increase it by $5-7 if the sellers countered. I never even received a reply from this company.
IMO, if they feel the offer is low, it is not their place to decide. They should present all offers to the seller and let them decline or counter as they see fit.
I will never look at their website again, and certainly would never recommend them to anyone. Too many other resellers out there to have to deal with the BS of this one.

I do agree that there should be contact. I have a deal in ROFR on one of my contracts right now and I had directed my agent to not bother me with offers under a certain price. I was willing to negotiate but only if we were starting in the same realm. It really depends on how the contract is priced in the first place and what the bottom line is...none of that is an excuse for poor communication though.Yes, but if that was case with my contract, I would expect the decency of a response. Who runs a company by totally ghosting a potential client? I have 4 contracts, 3 of them resale. With each resale, I have initially offered $10-15 below asking and then negotiated from there.

That’s the complete opposite of my experience with Mark and Lori. I bought a CCV contract through them in 2021, offered substantially lower than asking price, and wound up closing about $10 below asking. They were super helpful and great to work with. It was a delayed closing, and they were with me every step of the way.I have read that they will sometime refuse to present offers to the sellers if they feel the offer is too low. We all know the reputable websites. There are not that many and this is definitely one of them. And frankly I think their automated offer process is a super smart innovation.
Also, as we all know, it’s the specific contract that dictates sales. Buyers who decide to disregard one of the reputable websites just wind up hurting themselves. Also, in these crazy times, personally I would think twice before going on some negative rant against any business that’s still ongoing and selling a product I want.
