I think Sandra Bullock is goofy enough to pull off the part, actually.

I'd love it if these got made into a movie, though the VI Warshawski movie with Kathleen Turner was a bit of a flop.

This series of books has also made me LOL to the point of near hysteria!
I read the 11th one last summer and I still can't stop thinking about Ranger but I have to say that Ten Big Ones was my absolute favorite!

Why can I never find #11 anywhere? The last time I saw it, it was in hardcover only and that was ages ago. It's like it just disappeared. Surely it must be in paperback by now.

Try J.D. Robb (pen name for Nora Roberts). They are romance murder/mysteries. There is a whole series that you need to start from the beginning (okay you don't NEED to but its better that way!) You will definitely enjoy them. Oh and not gory or scary at all.

They all end with "...in Death" so sometimes it gets confusing. The first is Naked in Death. Enjoy.

I read the whole series in a matter of about 2 months. I read the first and was immediately hooked! The books are just so much fun to read.

Can't wait for book 12.

I have just started reading the full series. So far so good. I haven't started the plum series yet everytime I go the library the first one is checked out. I need to put my name on it for the holdshelf!

A few months ago, my sister was shopping or something. Some guy in a big black SUV pulled up to the curb and got out. She said he was big and muscular, dressed all in black and had a little ponytail. His license plate said RANGER.

I don't like Vin Diesel very much. The Rock would be good. For some reason, I always pictured Antonio Banderas as Ranger. lol.
