Haven't ordered the newest, never-before-published Eloise Takes a Bawth-I may take my chances and pop into the store to get it! But I can't wait.

One of dd's favorite Christmas gifts last year was Eloise Pink Hot Coco.

I read where ABC is making a TV movie of Eloise....with Julie Andrews playing the heroine's nanny.

My DH loves these books. We even made a visit to Eloise's stomping ground, the Plaza Hotel, one of our stops on a trip to NYC! They have a whole store completely devoted to Eloise stuff.

Thanks for the tip Swanmom.....And I'm sorry I should have said it properly...We are talking about Eliose...It's hot chocolate but it is pink...she Loved it more than the toys that cost 10 times the amount We are planning a quick trip to NYC this Thanksgiving so now one more thing to get excited about!!!

They are indeed making 2 Disney tv movie of the week Eloise movies. They are Eloise and Eloise at Christmastime.
My daughter got the honour of auditioning for them!! She got to the final cut, but she is only 6, and they went with a VERY small 10 yr old girl in the end. She is going to make a super Eloise. Shooting starts mid-Oct in Toronto and NYC!!!! I cannot wait to see these movies!! I have read most of the scripts and it looks incredible!!

I'm glad that my note got you started thinking about visiting the Plaza. Just wanted to let you know that you should call the hotel ahead of time to check on entry requirements. Since the tragedy of last September, they've tightened security and I think
there's a particular door that you have to enter.
P.S. I just read the thread about your DD. Hope you still are able to visit NYC.
