Any agencies have convention rates for the Disney hotels?

Even with the 20% off, prices are very high ($400 - $500 for basic rooms at DH and GC). For WDW, I book through an agency that books convention rates. Is there a similar thing for Disneyland? We're going first week of April (dates are not changeable-DH has a conference in SAN Diego and kids have off for Spring Break). TIA!

DLR provides convention rates (often 50% off) for guests attending onsite (and some at the Anaheim convention center) conventions.
The only events that allow all guests access to convention rates are Gay Days (mid March, early October) and Dapper Day (April 23, Nov 4).

Haven't come across any travel agencies who book "conventions" for DL like that one that does for wdw.
