Any advice on posting reservation wanted on rent board?

I want to try and rent points on our trip Oct 27-Nov 9. This is my first time and I am not sure what to post. I know the headline should say reservation wanted and dates. Inside the post what should I include? Is there anything I should put in it that might help me to be successful?

You need to include the size unit and resort you prefer. You will more likely be successful if you are flexible about which resort you will stay at. That is busy time for the F & W festival so some resorts will not have much available.

I will add that is your expectation is to pay only a certain amount you should add that. If you are only willing to pay 9-10 dollars a point you should state this upfront so you can make sure that those who want more will not bog down your PM.

Please leave out the info that this is your little princess' first trip to WDW. Just state the facts. And know ahead of time that if you post you will only pay $9-10 per point, you might not get any takers at all. If you post $12-13 a point, you will get lots.
