Any 2 BR in BCV w/ 3 real beds?

I don't get it, why in a two bedroom unit, especially a dedicated one, does the second bedroom still have a pullout sofa? Seems that two real beds would be more appropriate. I know that I would rather sleep on a bed than on a pull-out (of course, I get the Master BR anyway).

So, are there any 2 BR units at BCV with 3 real beds?

I am going to say this tongue in cheek! Stay at OKW, we ALWAYS have 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom! Actually, I don't think anyone REALLY knows the answer to your question. I have read MANY things on the boards about this, but it all seems inconclusive.

BWV is conclusive...1 bed plus 1 pull out in the 2nd bedroom or a studio. BCV was SUPPOSED to have 2 beds in the dedicated units.

BCV will have (sometime within the next couple of months) 3 beds in all their dedicated 2 bedrooms units. There are 78 Dedicated 2 bedrooms and 74 Lockoff 2 bedrooms at BCV. Apparantly there was some type of mix up when BCV were originally opened and they put the sofa in the 2nd bedroom of the dedicated units instead of the 2nd queen bed. The week they opened DVC was made aware of this and they let us know they have ordered the custom made bedding and furniture and will have all 78 sofas in the 2 bedroom dedicateds replaced with queen beds so they will be as they are were originally planned. This will all take a couple of months.

We were there 7/21- 7/25 and our room was a dedicated 2br. Even though it was a couch the bed remained opened the entire time, so i guess a queen bed would of been the same. Four girls shared the room so just like home, I closed the door and left the mess to them. LOL The room was 476.

Oh my gosh Connie7185, isn't it the truth. Thank God for the door, it's frightening.

I am sooooo glad to hear they are changing that situation, I feel so much better. Just last night I was thinking I could always trade the points and stay at OKW, when we have friends along. Which we will do sometimes anyway but not thankfully because of the sleeping arrangements.
