I booked a few months ago and even e-mailed Rabbit around a month ago when our flight times changed slightly.
I didn't confirm, but good ol' Jim was waiting there for us once again! He's very reliable, helpful and always right on time! If Jim was ever late, I know it would be a situation beyond his control.
Thanks Jim and Rabbit! We will use/see you again in January!

I am ignorant when it comes to cars. I am doing good if I remember the color!
If it isn't a volkswagon or an Escot, I generally don't know what it is! lol (It has to be something VERY obvious!)
DH says it was a Lincoln Towncar. (Which doesn't mean squat to me, )
