Another Ticket Question

In March of 2004, I bought 3 five day hoppers (no pluses) from the Disney Web Site that have yet to be used. Now with the new Magic Your Way tickets I would like to trade them up for 10 day hoppers. Is there anyway to do this before I leave or can I only do this at the parks? I would really like to have our tickets in hand before we leave for Florida.

Here is the number for tickets 407-566-4985. I was able, before the MYW tickets came out to change four day hoppers fr five day hoppers just by paying the difference and sending back the tickets. Something ne may have been added to the mix with the new vs. old however. Good luck!
