I have strongly held positions that don't change. Others here do as well. That's OK. However, I feel that there are more members in the CB community who are undecided about many issues. What's wrong with exposing them to some debate????? Will they be left forever scarred?????

I think they did get exposed to the debate for a day or so. They get bored with it though (I've been told) so they don't mind if we take it elsewhere after a while.

*But* a lot of people do both boards...it's all the same community.

I can only speak for myself, but those big bold letters are scarring my brain. Sorry, they give me a headache.

But you know I just adore you anyway, EROS. You are part of the community, and it wouldn't be the same here without you. In your words, U Just be U! Just don't expect me to read when you go off on a tangent, I get enough of that living inside the beltway, where people SPEAK in those big bold letters. Denise, trust me, there's nothing scary about the Debate Board. Been there, done that. You've got some bright people there, but they're entrenched. Actually, from the responses that I've received previously here, I think that members on the CB are a more reflective bunch . However, I've added a few posts to the thread on the DB and am awaiting responses ........

Actually, I was told by highly placed sources that few women on the DB even bother to wear bras . Of course, I have no way of substantiating such an allegation, but it definitely would cause me to peek somewhat ............

EROS, a discussion is a discussion. When a discussion gets more heated, it becomes a debate. We have a Debate Board for a reason, just because YOU don't like to use it, we are not changing the rules for you.

Frankly I think they would eat you up and spit you out over there.
