Thanks! Now Cheryl and I are trying to find some time to go over them. Her kids are not Star wars fans so I don't expect her to try DHS with us on Sunday.

Cheryl just left after 2 hours of Disney planning. Might I add she is starting to show and it left me feeling a little sad knowing that we are done with having children.
But on a good note, we did get a lot accomplished.

I showed Cheryl my tentative plans and she had planned the exact same parks Monday-Friday so that worked out well for us.

Our Table Service Dining Preferences

• 50's Prime Time Cafe (dinner)
• O'hana's (dinner)
• LeCellier (lunch)
• Tusker House Character Breakfast
• T-Rex or Rain Forest Cafe at DTD (lunch)
• Captain's Grille (Breakfast)

We also discussed Tinkerbell bags, matching t-shirts, and how to surprise the kids. She is thinking Easter. I had thought of that too. In a way it makes a lot of sense to surprise them on Easter - we could make a mickey basket filled with goodies (autograph books, quarters for pressed pennies, trading pins, sunglasses, disney dollars, etc). But I kinda got excited about telling them the morning as we were leaving. So I am torn.

Well I need to get the baby in bed. We are potty training and he has gone all day without an accident. I am really hoping that we can go diaper bag free this time. It will be the first time in 8 years I have been to Disney without a Diaper bag. Actually, it will be the first time in 8 years I have gone anywhere without a diaper bag.

It's Snowing!!!
i am so excited. I haven't seen snow in years!!!

Today has been an up and down day. The baby woke me up around 5 soaking wet. I got him changed and back to bed. Then i remembered we were expecting snow so I ran to the window but was disappointed to see no snow.

Later it started snowing but it melted as soon as it hit the ground. A few hours later it started sticking and my MIL and BIL came over to play with the kids. I didn't want to go outside because I was happy enjoying the view from my living room window. Besides someone had to make hot chocolate, right? Well, my DH accused me of being a party pooper and said that when we go to Disney he is going to stay in the room every time I want to go outside to play.

I guess I was bummed because Chi and Omicron were at their dad's house and I wanted them to be home. They came home around 6 so I felt better but then after dinner we realized our heater wasn't working. We are therefore having a campout in the living room by the fireplace. except I don't sleep well on the couch.

School has been delayed by two hours in the morning so that means i will be two hours late for work But at least they are having school and I dont have to take off a whole day

Looks like we will be using some of our emergency fund to fix our heater but at least we have an emergency fund right?

Cheryl is making our ADRs on thursday. so I will give an update on Friday on what we got. Also, guess what vital vacation packing list item we no longer have

Hi Mindy! And
Before I answered your question I had to skip over and take a peak at your TR. Your daughters are adorable. I love the nickname froggie!

We have decided on some places for ADRs. We have a dining budget so we are only doing about 6 sit down meals. Lucky for us our friends are checking in on the 3rd so she can make ressies for any meals that we are doing together on Thursday. I will post on Friday on what we got.

Hey Debra!! I've REALLY enjoyed reading your plan today, and am glad I'm not the only obsessive planner out there! my family and co-workers think I'm NUTS!! I am another one who CAN'T keep a secret, even tho my mom's trip in september is a surprise, at this point. I've been trying to figure out how to tell her, without her killing me, even tho she's gonna do that anyways!! Anyways, keep up the planning, and September can't come fast enough for me, your family looks WONDERFUL, and you seem to have a good grasp on your trip, $ wise. I think that's VERY smart! I'm going in May for just a quick trip for my dh and ds's birthdays, and that can't come fast enough either! I got ADR's made for that, and am just wondering what else I need to be doing at this point I've got a jar for my son who's saving $$, so he's started with that. He helps me around the house and earns $ too....but for him finding the money laying around helps! I also got a stash hidden from DH in a peanut can! Anyways, keep the ideas coming, and most of all HAVE FUN!!!! I've never done a trip report, I'm 45 mins away so never go for longer then a day, so these 2 trips are a treat for me! I hope everything goes good for telling your youngins, it sounds like they'll be VERY happy!!! I'll keep reading!

Hello and I am so jealous that you live 45 minutes away. I am going to take a wild guess that you are AP holders? If we could afford it then we would totally move our whole family down there!
You should totally do a trip report - even if it is just for your day trips! I have really enjoyed planning and counting down the days with all of my new disfriends.

We USED to be AP holders, $ got tight, and I'm agressively paying off debt right now, but I WILL get them back! We got good deals with the military 40% off right now, and it's just been great! My sister is "helping" me with the september trip, and right now, I'm waiting on her and it's driving me CRAZY!!! She's dragging her feet. BUT, she's helping pay for it, so I guess I can't complain TOO Much!! HAHA Thanks for the welcome, will anxiously await you telling the kiddos, maybe that'll give me an idea on how to tell my mom....hmmm!!!

40%off military is super cool. We also are aggressively getting out of debt. That is why we are not staying onsite this year We paid off 2 credit cards in the last year! But we still got a long way to go.

I work at a bank, so I locked EVERYTHING but our debit cards up in a safe deposit box...which hey, outta sight, outta mind right? I think I'm gonna attempt this for my May trip, and the september trip, but I'll start on the may trip first...and I'll look for the other TR, it'll be fun telling mom, but she's the type that doesn't like big presents, etc. So she's gonna KILL me, but it'll be fun once we're there!!

I'm sorry, I just realized that I didn't answer your question. We are not dead set on Friday night - it just seemed to make the most sense for our plans. Did you have a different night that worked better for you?
