Another question about day rates change with pin code

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I was wondering about the day the room rate changes with the pin code.

The dates for the pin are
1/3-1/7
1/10-1/14
1/18-2/11
2/14-3/27
4/11-6/12

If you are going during these times, are the rates good for the night of 1/7, 1/14, 2/11, etc (so basically you would have rack rate on the night of 1/8, 1/15, 2/11, etc) or do you go to rack rate for the night of 1/7, 1/14, 2/11, etc.

I hope that's not confusing, just wondering what day the discount would end.

It's rack rate for 1/8-1/9, 1/15-1/17, 2/12-2/13, and 3/28-4/10.
