another question about conceige service

We are staying at AKL , and was wondering if conceige would give us bottle waters on ice for the overnight if we asked? Is that too much to ask? I don't want to overstep. We usually like to have water for the night in case we wake up or if we have upset tummies.

haven't stayed at AKL, but at other places you can take bottles of water to put in your room, on ice or in fridge. cans of soda and milk were also available as well at the time I was there last year.
