Not the first celebrity child named Coco- Sting and Trudy Styler have a daughter named Coco who is in her early teens now.

I think it is cool.

It's actually not nearly as bad as I would have expected. Have you seen what David Arquette wears out of the house?

Nothing....NOTHING tops Jason Lee's kid's name....Pilot Inspecktor. That is just ridiculous.

ok - yeah - Coco not so nutty now. (Never really was nutty - just different...) But I still stand behind what I said earlier - I still like the name Apple.

But if she seriously named her daughter after COurney COx...think much of herself?
Is the middle name Daar? (DAvid ARquette?) heheheh

I always said if I was famous I would've named our son D'Artagnan because I love that name but we're not, so I didn't.

I like original names a lot but I'm not a big fan of CoCo, Apple has kind of grown on me since I first heard it though.

Courteney told Barbara Walters that her mother was also named Courteney, and that she would like to follow suit, so that would explain CoCo. Probably just a nick name anyway.

I thought I read somewhere that they were going to name their child Courtney if it was a girl...that's why I assumed Coco was just a nickname.

Apple has grown on me, too. I didn't realize other people had the name, but apparently they do. And the full name Apple Blythe Alison Martin is actually very pretty.
