Another lovely day in Oklahoma. . .

Thanks, all. Our chances for bad weather have dropped down to 60% from 90%, so hopefully all will be well. Kitty34, I'm in TN, but I have lived in OK and have been in tornadoes in both states. Never anything too serious, thankfully. We've been lucky. Here, it's too wooded to really see them coming from far away, but I have seen them across the open fields in Oklahoma, and that is an incredible sight.

It is pleasant here in the UK today. I am near London. In the mid 60's for England that is like a heat wave. Any moment people with faint, wear beach clothes. Line up in the ER room of exposure..

My Mum and Dad have ducks in their garden. They come up from the stream at the base of their garden everyday demanding breakfast. The neighbours all fight for the ducks to appear in their garden. So the breakfasts are getting more tasty by house to entice them. I swear those ducks eat better than me I Dad told me this morning! Your Mum is cooking for them now..

AND, How suite it'll be!
:worship::worship::worship:

 Pretty sure warm milk, a turkey sandwich and some Nyquil are good for healing bones (and soothing frayed nerves of caretakers.);)

I am a large fan of NyQuil & Benadryl, especially on small children when traveling. Ok just kidding, maybe:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Is it wrong that I am on my 2nd glass of wine this early, bad week, nor'easter & not living the suite life yet:thumbsup2

Just checking in. 17C here with full SUN!!

I'll have to rein in my desire to put up our canvas deck shelter. Last year we waited until after the 24th of May, and that was a good thing 'cause a wind storm we had before that, would have ripped it apart! :)

Today was nice pushing 49:rotfl2: Almost broke out the grill:boat::boat:

We grilled out several times a couple of weeks ago but then another cold spell came along. I really need to grill out because the boring stuff I cook is so much better when it's cooked on the grill. Maybe next weekend. :)

The grill is coming out next weekend, even if we have a blizzard :thumbsup2:rotfl: On the good side DGD turns 9 tomorrow. Her cake is an Emoji cake never knew it existed.

Happy Birthday to your DGD! Not only have I not seen an emoji cake, I remember when there weren't emojis!:)

Yikes! More significant rainfall heading our way. The ground is too saturated from recent rainfall so a localized flood warning has been issued. Possibility of a change over to snow, with two systems colliding high wind, and tornado watch. Sometimes I dread spring. :(

Edited:. Wk end double digits, and Mon. Tues. Summer like temperatures with full sun. So... In 3-4 days we will experience 3 Seasons... Wild!

Sometimes I dread spring

Seems like a lot of Spring is just leftover winter. It has been in the mid to hi 50s for over a week but it's windy/cloudy/raining--it feels like freezing outside!

Cont'd from my previous post #2596.

Our pond overflowing into the fire pit, and pathways!

Creek overflowing with localized flooding:(

2 Seasons converge! :(

Tomorrow's forecast is 12C.

Mon. & Tues. 20C. :)

Well, at least our pond may be full this summer, sparing us last year's drought. :)

Yikes! It's sort of beautiful and awful at the same time, I can tell by the photos I'd be miserable outside in that weather. Your view must be wonderful when everything goes green. Hope all that water is nowhere near your house.
