Micca, with my DH just retiring at the end of this past summer, the "mancave" was the perfect idea!! Otherwise, by now a few months later, I'd probably have killed him.

We love our morning coffees together and sometimes venturing out on the town but TV watching would have been our total downfall. See he worked 2nd shift so I always was able to watch MY shows ALL evening!

Every time I see this thread I think King Shultz is back Gosh I wish we would hear from him.

I'm beginning to worry that Coweta, Oklahoma, is a black hole - we haven't heard back from OctoberBeauty either since she went there to find Willy...

I don't know much about Willy, just that I enjoyed his posts and he seemed like a really nice, funny, caring guy. I know his mom passed, and I believe that was right around the time he stopped posting. Did someone attempt to find him? I know Dan reached out by trying to call/email him, but was unsuccessful.

October Beauty was going to check on him, but she was in the process of moving and with the holidays I'm sure she was slammed. If she did go by, I haven't seen any update from her. Maybe Willy will shimmy down the chimney tonight!

My sister has taken the boys shopping, my shoes is at lunch and I'm hanging out in the backyard with our new puppy Abbie. We got her yesterday.

Are they having the tongue sandwich? Or perhaps the sole? Perhaps toast if it's a heel? A new puppy!!! What a fun way to spend Christmas. What breed is Abbie?

Sorry about the typo. I meant shoes not dh. For some reason my phone is acting up only when I try to post on the Dis. She is a golden doodle. She's been very naughty. I put her in her puppy pen with her lunch while I wrapped packages. I'm trying to get her used to it since she'll have to stay there when I got pick the kids up from school and take them to activities. I heard angry whining from the pen but ignored it like the puppy book said. When she stopped whining and barking I went to check on her only to find she had splashed her water everywhere and thrown her food everywhere. I've never had a dog so I wasn't sure what to do. Any advice? I really need to get her used to the puppy pen before school starts again. I don't have a choice.

Hello all! We are back from our less than stellar trip to WDW. We were prepared for lots of people and long waits. What we weren't prepared for were the attitudes from many CMs in management, transportation and housekeeping/maintenance. So glad to be back home!
