Another Fort Internet hookup question

Must have internet service a couple of days while we are down next week. Plan on getting the connector kit at the outpost. Do I need to bring a cable splitter to use on the pole so that we can have TV and internet service at the same time?

I'm pretty sure a splitter comes in the kit. But if you have a splitter and some spare coax laying around the house, it probably wouldn't hurt to throw it in a drawer in the camper somewhere.
