Hey everybody!!!!!!!! My name is Brendan. I live in Connecticut, I'm 17 years old and a Senior in high school. I am a Disney freak like the majority of people on the DIS. The first time I went to WDW I was 3 years old and we stayed at the Contemporary. I can still remember parts of that trip which I'm very happy about. A couple of years ago we started our, now annual, Thanksgiving trip where we stay at the Grand Floridian. Even though it is soooooo busy, I love going for Thanksgiving because everything is all Chistmased out. haha. Usually I help my mom plan everything that deals with the trip but this year I don't know anything. I am completely in the dark. Oh No!!!! The only thing I know is that we leave this Saturday the 20th, we get there Sunday the 21st (we drive), and that we're staying at the Grand Floridian (because we just love it so much and we could never change that). I think I'm being left in the dark because it's my Senior year and sadly maybe my last trip for a while
so my mom wants to keep everything a secret. I didn't even know we were going this year until a couple of weeks ago (usually I know back in June when we start planning) but this year NOTHING. So you, the audience and hopefully faithful readers, we'll find everything out and be just as suprised as I am when I do my trip report.
Ok enough about me I guess I should introduce you to the rest of the cast:
Mom - person that made me fall in love with everything Disney
Dad - the one who decided to start our annual Disney trips
Justin - my little brother, 13, and in 8th grade. Every year I think he is going to get tired of Disney but every year he gets more and more excited to go back.
So thats the group. Tomorrow is friday and of course I have a busy day. I always seem to be busy the day before a trip. I've got school of course, then I have work (I'm a lifeguard at the local YMCA), then I have to go back to school for the annual talant show (i could skip the talant show but i know i would regret it because it is always soooo amazing). So I won't be home from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm. WOOOOOOO. Thankfully I have finished packing.
Well I guess that's it for now. Busy day tomorrow and then leave for Disney on Saturday. I hope you enjoy this and will read my TR when I start to post it in a week and a half
I think it will be kind of interesting to read a TR written by a 17 year old. Well if anybody responds back to this I'll be back tomorrow, if not i'll be back in week in a half to start posting the TR
