Can you book an annual pass discount room online? Is there a place to enter a code on the website?

Thanks. I am just tired of calling CRO.

Yes, in the upper right corner of the main page you'll see a tab for passholders-click that, and then you'll get another page, in the left you'll see a section for special offers-click on the book it now area-and it'll take you thru it. Hope that makes sense!:)

Thanks for the reply. I clicked on Special Offers and the only offer mentioned is the 4/7 deal. It seems like it's just taking me back through regular booking, not Ap discounts. Any help??

No, don't click on Special Offers. Slightly above the Special Offers link, you'll see a Passholder/Florida Resident link. Click on that one, enter your AP number and you'll be able to see the AP offers.

OP, did you get in to passholder site? It is a little tricky at first (and glitchy and slow) to use for reservations but after you absorb all that glitchiness you learn to embrace it. I find it much easier than calling. The AP room codes are under "Passholder Offers" and even if it says "Value resorts" it's usually all. Just plug in dates and hotel preference from there, and it'll show price per day and total. The total includes taxes, price per day does not. You need to play around with it -- it is not logical -- for example do not assume that because there are not 5 days in a row there owuld not be 6 at a particular resort...crazy but true. Good luck!

Thanks for asking--but no! Can it really be this hard??? I fiddled around and could only get to the Florida Residents site. Close, I guess, but that is not where I need to be! I have clicked on everything and still can't find it! It really shouldn't be this hard. Agree?:confused3

I've decided to believe it is some sort of WDW endurance test. It isn;t you -- it's hard to navigate...from the regular Disneyworld.com find the small (almost invisible) "passholders" link on the top right. That will take you to passholder sign in. You will need your pass (numbers on bottom) or voucher numbers to sign in. Once you are in. Look in the center screen, the first "offer" is the link you want. Then click Book Your Stay button on middle of page -- that's where the fun begins! That is where they keep the passholder rooms.

BE CAREFUL!

When you book a discounted room only reservation (ie: passholder rates or Florida Resident rates) online, you will be stuck with package change/cancellation policies.

Right from their terms and conditions:
Room Only Reservation Terms and Conditions said:
Discounted Offers - In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to your arrival date. To cancel or modify an existing reservation, call (407) 939-7429†.

Also - you will NOT be able to pay more than the deposit if you book online.

I booked our last 3 trips (room only) online via the AP rate and the cancellation policy was 5 days prior. I just booked one for April too.

But, ironically when I called to make a reservation the rate was actually higher! When I told the CM he said to book it online as he could not match the rate that I was give online!:confused3

AP room only discount online booking is 5 day cancellation. It was 45 for a while some time back. The 5 day rule prints out on your confirmation slip.

It has seemed lately that there are so many varied rates that checking online and calling might be required to be sure you are getting the best deal. With this economy, that confusion (and variety) will probably only get weirder.

I don't know about passholder rates (I'm a new passholder so I haven't done it yet), but for the AAA room-only discount booked through Disney, there was a 5 day cancellation policy.
