Annual Pass activation

Is there someplace at Downtown Disney where I can activate an annual pass renewal? My current pass doesn't include parking so if I can activate my renewal at Disney Springs I can save the $20 parking fee. Thanks in advance

There are two Guest Relations locations at Disney Springs.

One near World of Disney, and one directly in front of Disney Quest.

If that is not your only reason to go to Disney Springs, it will work as described. If you're doing that just to save the parking, you can pay the parking, save your receipt, and you will be reimbursed at guest services when you activate. Just remember to get the receipt and bring it with you!

As I read the question, the OP is saying that the type of APs owned do not include the free parking benefit.

Otherwise, the "present the parking receipt" plan is a good one.

Does your new AP include parking? If so I would go to the park, be prepared to pay for parking (the CM may just waive you thru if you show them the activation paper) & go to Guest Relations in the park for activation/parking reimbursement.

Effective 10/4/2015, all new or renewed WDW Annual Passes include parking.

They just waved my friend through when she shows them the valcher and she did not have to pay. Other wise Abe your recite I do not see spending all that time going to Disney springs
