Annual Meeting Notice - Dues increase

Has anyone else received the flyer on the annual meeting. Have your dues increased? It looks loke OKW has gone to $3.2163 per point. This appears to me to be a 7.7% increase over what I paid in 2001. Does this seem correct? This is our first year to receive a notice.
