I'm curious as to why everyone thinks that her partner, Howard K. Stern, had something to do with it? They weren't married so he wouldn't have a claim to her estate. I'm sure that Dannielynn will be tested and proven to be that Larry guy's child. So what motive would he have had?

I'm not a fan of his (qute frankly he was just using her like everyone else in her life appeared to do) but I'm just curious.

I think she either committed suicide or accidentally OD'd

When her son Daniel died a few months ago I looked at her on tv and didn't think she would be able to carry on. No matter what anyone says about her personal life and choices, no one can say she didn't love that boy with all her heart because it was obvious she did. It is all very sad. Sad for her little baby too who will now grow up without her Mommy.

This poor Police Officer on CNN..he's getting inundated with questions..my head would be spinning!!

Seems odd she had a nurse with her in her room; although maybe not surprising since she always seems to be ill (in some manner). There are conflicting reports that she died at the hospital and that she died BEFORE she was taken to the hospital.

They are reporting that Howard K. Stern was with her, but not in the hotel room and that an autopsy will be performed tomorrow.

He would have a claim if he was named in her will. And I would not be surprised if she had re-done her will after the birth of her daughter, the death of her son, and her "commitment ceremony."

Very true! But he is very much under close scrutiny right now so it was have been totally insane for him to do this. Not out of the realm of possibility but highly unlikely.
